Advertising this beautiful Italian leather two seat sofa, matching electric reclining arm chair and none reclining arm chair for my neighbour. The brand name is Lucca and the furniture can be viewed on the web site of Interior Envy, where you can check the current prices. all of the furniture is in excellent condition, lightly used by the two ladies who are my good next door neighbours.

The furniture is around only three years old, the cost at the time was around £4,000 pounds.

The electric reclining arm chair is in perfect working order and the none of the items are worn or marked.
The company who supplied the furniture is in business and you can check out their range of furniture and prices on their website. The cost to replace these item would be around the £4,000 mark.
The only reason they are for sale is that my neighbours need to space to install a fully lifting arm chair in the same room for one of the ladies.

The furniture is in the East Midlands and would need to be collected.
