Fantastic seller. Chair was carefully wrapped and exactly as described. She arranged a courier and was sent a live tracking link on the morning of delivery. A very easy stress free experience. Many thanks 🙏

You can only say we wasn't expecting to find a second hand chesterfield sofa store in an old church in crewe. There are so many for all budgets who wouldn't be happy. Ours looks fantastic in our kitchen area on our new home 🏡

I purchased a sofa, but once I'd had it delivered I realised I was to tall for it and couldn't get comfy on it. I contacted Gemma, who said they would gladly exchange the sofa for another one of my choice. I exchanged it and I'm very happy with the one I chose. I can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant customer service. Extremely nice friendly people. If you're on the fence about purchasing from here. Don't be. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Gemma for all your help :)
