3 seater sofa bed + futon mattress for sale, it has rarely been used as we expected overnight visitors but it never actually transpired so is still in excellent condition!

There is a minute hole in the back that I have shown in my images, it is so small that I kept struggling to feel and locate it to take the image but I always make prospective buyers aware of any blemishes that I know of irrespective of how minor and insignificant they are in reality.

No worries if you don’t want the mattress and just the sofa bed, I can adjust the asking price accordingly.

Futon mattress measures:

L - 6ft 0.835 inch
W - 4ft 0.819 inch
When extended out it measures 5ft 10.472 inches.

With regards to its weight, bearing in mind it components, it feels very light when moving it around, I would estimate it weighs somewhere in the 40-50kg region.
