I am a young at heart lady living in Eastbourne and I am looking for a kind and reliable self-employed support worker.

I have 1 hour per week available for a domestic call, this can be on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday after 4.00pm as I attend a group on those days. This would be to help with changing and remaking the bed dusting and hoovering. General damp dusting of windowsills and door frames using water only and on occasion cleaning the skirting boards etc. I have a small 1 bedroomed flat so the areas to clean are easy to access.

I have various health conditions that impact my daily living, including Agoraphobia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Emphysema, Arthritis, Sciatica, Angina, Oedema - causing swelling in legs and cannot flex feet properly, chronic kidney disease - stage 3, Reflux / Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Transient Ischaemic Attacks (TIA). Small vessel vascular disease.

Due to these conditions I don't use aerosols or anything that is strongly scented and I would ask that you do not wear perfume or body spray before you attend.

I do not have dementia or Alzheimer’s but have some small memory issues on occasion. Pulsating Tinnitus. Phlebitis. Gallbladder Stones, Hiatus Hernia, Gastritis, History of Heart Attack. I also have a history of anxiety, Depression / low mood and suffer with panic attacks but this is well managed at the moment.
