I am young at heart fifty something lady living in Eastbourne and am looking for 2 x PAs to support me for 15 hours a week in my own home and in the community.

I have multiple medical conditions and require a wheelchair due to left leg amputation. I also suffer from extreme anxiety and can become overwhelmed. I do have my own vehicle and will be getting a mobility van in March which will make things easier for me.

I require 2 x personal assistance 2 or 3 times a week to support with accessing the community, prompting with medication, booking and attending appointments, shopping and paperwork. Occasional help with cooking and prompting to eat and drink regularly.

I have a small therapy dog, a pug/terrier cross who is very important to me so you must be an animal lover.

I am flexible on the days and times the support is given and is happy to work around your availability.

- Looking after pets

- Personal grooming - I may need a hand with anything that requires me to bend

- Eating and drinking assistance - prompting to eat and drink
