I am looking for someone who can support me for between 2-4 hours per week.

Time is of the essence, as I am moving on the 30th of this month (September) and my current PA is going away for a couple of weeks. I need help urgently with packing and getting ready for my move before I start university again (on the 21st). I would therefore be very grateful for someone who can support me for around 6 hours, from the 11th of September to the 30th. After this, I will require less support; around 2 hours a week.

I have high anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD and can become overwhelmed, so you will need to be patient and empathetic. I would like support and encouragement to keep my living area clean and tidy and be prompted to manage my personal care needs.

I would also like help with food shopping, as I struggle with this due to various emotional difficulties that leave me very overwhelmed when shopping in busy supermarkets.

I would benefit from a planned schedule for the week ahead and help to manage paperwork and appointments. Social activities are important to me, and I would like you to support me to access the community.
