We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Assistant to provide 8 hours of weekly support to the customer in accessing the community.

Currently, the customer only goes out with their mother and attends visits with grandparents on Wednesdays. This role will focus on encouraging and supporting the customer to safely engage in community activities and build confidence outside the home environment.

The customer has Autism and may be non-verbal. They also have no awareness of road safety, so close supervision and proactive support at all times will be essential.

Key Requirements:

- Experience working with young people with Autism

- Strong understanding of neurodiverse traits and how these may present

- Patient, calm, and supportive approach

- Ability to promote safety, independence, and positive engagement in the community
