Are you fun, outgoing, and full of energy? Do you love spending time outdoors, getting involved in family life, and supporting others to make the most of every day? We’re looking for two PAs to join our friendly team, helping to provide a mix of home support and community access for a warm, lively family who truly value those who become part of their lives.

These are 2 full-time roles (minimum 40 hours per week), with shifts ranging from 6:30am – 2:30pm and 2:15pm - 10:15pm, rolling rota based out of a 4-week period. Monday to Friday to suit someone who is adaptable to these hours. One position is permanent full time, and one is maternity cover with opportunity to become a permanent position, offering a great opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit environment. Additional hours: Bank cover – school holiday cover 13 weeks.

You’ll be working 2:1, providing assistance both at home and out and about—helping with home schooling, joining in with outdoor adventures, and supporting a variety of activities that make every day unique. Whether it’s a trip to the pub, watching the football or F1, or simply spending quality time with the family (and their pets—yes, there are ducks, chickens, and even a lizard!), no two days will be the same.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, flexible, fun-loving, can work as part of a team but also on own initiative at times. Have a great sense of humour—someone who can bring positivity, patience, and enthusiasm to everything they do. Car driver is essential. Duties include:

- Medication prompting/administering

- Personal grooming

- Eating and drinking assistance

- Moving and handling

- Clinical tasks

- Other relevant duties as required

- Housekeeping

- Shopping

- Cooking

- Transportation

- Dressing / undressing

- Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest and cheerful

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
