Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development

Working closely with the Care Manager to ensure smooth branch operations

Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and internal policies

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Flexible approach, including occasional weekend cover
