2010 Skoda Octavia TDI VRs, only 85k miles (will go up slightly as still in daily use). Full Skoda Service History, 1 Previous Owner to myself so I am only the 2nd

Welcome to the (sad and begrudging) sale of my Skoda Octavia VRs in the best colour (in my opinion) - Skoda racing blue! The car was registered February 2010 and looks fantastic and still modern by today’s standards and this is a great example of a sought after model and possible future classic (?). I loathe to sell it but needs must - my work base has changed since Xmas so I’m only half a mile from home now so it’s just not going to get the use it deserves

Full comprehensive Skoda main dealer service history so no expense spared.
All servicing & MOT’s carried out at the same Skoda dealership to date - not enough room to add pictures of the service book so please message me and I can send through all the pictures of these and also a spreadsheet from the service dept at the dealership of all work carried out from new

Cambelt, pumps etc changed at both 58k and 83k, New disks and pads all round in 2024 so all these major expenses have been done, along with lots of other documented work

Great MOT history and new one not due until 16/03/26 with zero advisories last time around so confident it will fly through however I’m happy to get a new 12 months MOT put on it for new owners peace of mind if I get asking price or close to, this can be negotiated however if you wish to do it yourself at your local garage

Bodywork is good as you can see, it’s a 16 year old car so does however have the odd small stone chips and small marks here and there but it’s straight and solid

Car drives faultless, pulls well in every gear, it’s a joy to drive and feels so responsive, no gear crunch etc and that is a testament to the history and owners and the care it has had in its lifetime, that’s why I bought it after all

It’s a 16 year old car so there are some minor points to note.

Alloys are respectable however they do have some some chips and scrapes, they are liveable however could benefit with a refurbish to look mint and finish the car off, I just haven’t had the chance to do it (would look great in titanium, that was my plan anyway)

Speedo needle LED lights flicker and go out every so often before coming back on, just the LED itself on only the speedo needle, the actual speedo works fine so all good in regards to operation of it. I have been quoted £80 to £125 from local autoelec to renew components and replace the LED’s - apparently a pretty common fault and easy fix but it’s not really bothered me to be honest

Any tests and inspection welcome and happy to take any prospective buyer on a test drive however cover note/ proof of insurance will be required should you wish to drive (heard of too many bad stories sorry).

Car is located in Carlisle, Cumbria. The car will also be advertised elsewhere so I have to right to remove this advert at any time should it sell. Bank transfer preferred and funds must be cleared before the car is driven away
