Skoda, OCTAVIA SEL, Estate, 2015, 2.0 Diesel Manual, 150 PS, £30 tax!

Reluctantly selling my Octavia 2.0 diesel estate. It's been a fantastic car and just run in at 154000 miles.
Engine runs perfect and does not burn any oil. I generally average 60mpg / 65mpg on long runs.
I have just serviced the car, put a new 12 month MOT on it and 4 brand new tyres ready to sell - so no expense after purchase.
Rear brakes are fairly new with lots of pad left on the fronts.
I have regularly serviced the car -it has had 10 services pus several gearbox oil changes.
Timing belt and water pump changed 129,000 miles.
As it is the SEL it comes with half leather/alcantara interior.
Sat nav
Front and rear parking sensors
Adaptive cruise control (rare expensive factory option)
Bluetooth
DAB radio
Drive mode selector
Climate control / air conditioning - still ice cold.
Electrically folding wing mirrors.

£30 per year Road Fund Licence!

Although it is fairly good condition overall on the exterior, there are a few age related marks - a scuff mark on the rear and a few marks around the drivers door area as pictured.
The alloys also have a few marks on them.

I have never really been that bothered by the exterior condition - always made sure the interior and engine/running gear is in tip top condition.
Only changing as I have now purchased VRS with DSG automatic gearbox.
