Free Reflexology 👣👣session as a study practice

Hello! I’m currently studying for my Level 3 Diploma at the London School of Reflexology. As part of my training, and driven by a genuine passion for health and wellbeing, I’m offering 10 complimentary full reflexology sessions to individuals in and around central London. These sessions will help me build confidence, refine my skills, and complete the required practice hours for my qualification.

Each treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour and includes a short consultation at the start, followed by feedback at the end.

Reflexology is a relaxing foot (and/or hand) massage that applies gentle pressure to specific points, each corresponding to different areas of the body such as the shoulders, digestive system, circulation, respiratory and reproductive systems, and more. Many clients report improved sleep, reduced tension, and an overall sense of wellbeing after their sessions. I am trained in both foot and hand reflexology, so treatments can be tailored to your preference.

I’m happy to offer sessions as a mobile therapist, coming to your home/location of choice, and I will also have limited availability in a treatment room on selected dates.
