Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Project Manager to lead and develop community projects that inspire, educate, and empower local residents. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating projects while working closely with volunteers and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development: Ideate, plan, and implement community projects that align with our mission.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and residents to support project initiatives.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Track project progress, gather feedback, and assess the impact of community programs.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the organization on project status and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in community development or non-profit work is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
