Solid Pine John Lewis Single Bed Frames Needs a Home!

I have 2 identical John Lewis solid pine bed frames, single size, available separately (£20) or as a matching pair (£35)
Each frame will be deconstructed for easy collection and reassembly, unless otherwise requested.

I am selling only due to downsizing and a house move.

The frames take a single mattress (not included) and measure: 201cm (L) x 99cm (W) x 38.5cm (H) to the slatted base, ready for a mattress to sit on top. The Headboard height is 76cm and the Footboard height is 56cm.

There is space underneath the frames for storage. The height available for sliding beneath the sides of the bed is 27cm.

The beds have been well loved and show some scuff marks (see photos) but they remain very strong and solid with loads of life left in them. The solid pine wood could be rubbed back slightly or even painted your colour of choice, if preferred.

One of the slatted bases has a small tear in the webbing tape between two of the horizontal slats, as shown in my last photo. The weight of a mattress on top of the slatted base keeps the slats well in position and the tear in the tape presents no problem.

The bed knobs have pegs that sit in pre-drilled holes, as shown in my final photo. They have not been fixed in place, though could be glued if preferred. Only 6 bed knobs are remaining: 4 for the first bed sold and the other two for the bedhead end of the last to be sold!

Please note my two matching beds do not stack on top of each other to create a bunk bed.
