Barker & Stonehouse Solid Wood Sideboard – Flagstone Range

Description

A very attractive, solid wood sideboard with traditional craftsmanship and great character. This is a heavy, well-made piece, clearly built to last, with a warm aged patina that only comes with time.

Features include:
   •   Two cupboards (left and right) with panelled doors
   •   One wide central drawer
   •   Decorative ring pull handles in an antique brass style
   •   Turned legs with a solid stretcher base
   •   Shaped apron detail to the front
   •   Inlaid geometric detailing to the top, drawer front, and cupboard panels

The drawer is constructed with dovetail joints, indicating quality joinery. The piece is solid and substantial.

There is some age related wear to the lower front edge/apron, including small chips and marks (see close-up photo). This is purely cosmetic and consistent with use over time. The piece remains solid, sturdy, and fully functional.
