We were recommended Vivanta by a friend who owns a spa and had worked with Tim before, so that’s how we got in touch. We already had a basic layout in mind for the salon, but Tim suggested a clever change to the layout that freed up some space we hadn’t really thought about. Because of that, we were able to add a steam room and a sauna, which wasn’t even part of the original plan, and it all stayed within the same budget. We were really impressed with how much was achieved within the first two weeks. You could actually see the salon taking shape quite quickly, which was exciting and reassuring at the same time. Overall, we’re very happy with the result and would recommend Vivanta to anyone doing a beauty salon or wellness project.

We had an existing restaurant in West London and needed a shop fitting and refurbishment done quickly. The main priority for us was reducing downtime and reopening as soon as possible, as we were still paying rent during the works. We were looking for a contractor who could start almost immediately, and luckily Vivanta were available and able to mobilise very fast, which was a big plus. The space itself wasn’t very large and had some L-shaped areas with limited natural light, so Tim suggested using glass partitions and mirrors to open it up visually, which worked really well. They covered everything— glass and mirrors, joinery, tiling, electrics, HVAC and all associated works — so we didn’t have to coordinate multiple trades. Communication was clear, the project was organised, and the restaurant was refurbished within a timeframe. Overall, a solid experience and a company we’d recommend.

They exceeded our expectations on our café fit-out. Everything was handled by one team, from joinery and plastering to plumbing, flooring, decorating, and overall build. These guys did a great job, honestly beyond our expectations. They covered everything from joinery and plastering to decorating, plumbing, flooring, and pretty much all building works, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really impressed with the Edwardian L-shaped wardrobe project. The design, fabrication, delivery, and installation were all handled seamlessly. The sprayed finish looks amazing, and the team were professional, tidy, and courteous throughout.
