Description
This is a HP Gen8 microserver.
It's upgraded with 16gb of ram and xenon processor.
I've used it as a file storage nas only.
It has 4 drive bays and internal/external usbs.
Also an internal micro sd slot. I've changed it so that the dvd has an ssd running off it. So, I've 5 drives, with the ssd as my boot drive - was planning on installing a server os.
The server is in perfect condition. No dents, scratches etc. Looks brand new. Mainly connected by remote connection and sat quietly in my study.
Primarily used as a JBOD to backup my data.
Please note, this is the upgraded version with maxed ram and the Xeon E3-1265L V2 procesor.
Will consider swapping with a gaming PC or another simpler external enclosure.
Can sell the disks, seperate (3.5 2TBx4), 1x480GB SSD with W10. Other sata drives in storage
