About Us UK Leaders LTD is a growing and reputable security provider delivering professional door supervision and venue security services across London. We work with a wide range of clients including licensed venues, events, hospitality locations, and private establishments.

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting professional, reliable, and confident SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our permanent team across multiple London locations.

Role Overview As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and clients while upholding the highest professional standards expected within the security industry.

Key Responsibilities

Managing venue entry and exit procedures professionally and respectfully Conducting ID checks and ensuring licensing compliance Monitoring crowd behaviour and preventing incidents before escalation Conflict management and safe resolution of disputes Performing regular patrols and maintaining visible security presence Liaising with venue management, emergency services, and team members Completing incident reports accurately when required Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times Requirements Valid Door Supervisor licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to remain calm under pressure Right to work in the UK Reliability and punctuality are essential Previous door supervision or venue security experience preferred but not essential Important Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable): Before applying, you must either own a limited company and possess a company business bank account, or be fully willing to open one immediately upon application and before commencing any shift.
