About the Role:

Our client is currently recruiting professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join their security team. This role involves working at licensed venues, events, and private functions, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

Controlling access and egress of customers and staffConducting ID checks in line with Challenge 25 policyManaging queues and maintaining order outside venuesMonitoring customer behaviour and preventing incidentsHandling conflict situations professionally and calmlyLiaising with venue management and emergency services when requiredCompleting incident reports accurately and promptly

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)Previous experience in a similar role essential.Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong conflict management abilitiesSmart appearance and professional attitudeAbility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.Right to work in the UKStrong understanding and ability to speak high-level English.
