Job title: Senior ITEA Engineer.

Job type: Permanent.

Salary: Up to 55,000.

Location: Gloucester. 3–days on–site.

iO are partnered with a growing advanced systems consultancy now seeking multiple ITEA Engineers to join on a permanent basis.

You will be contributing to the lifecycle of mission–critical EW systems, requiring a broad systems awareness, analytical ability and a structured approach to V&V.

Responsibilities:

Lead integration, testing, evaluation and acceptance (ITEA) for electronic warfare and mission systems.Ensure test plans, procedures and acceptance criteria are kept current and align with milestones.Ensure compliance with NATO and UK MoD standards.Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in systems or ITEA engineering within defence, aerospace or secure comms.Experience with EW / RF / C4ISR or mission–system architectures.Understanding of requirements management, test planning, acceptance documentation (DOORS, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent).Defence standards (DEF STAN 00–970, 05–123 etc) & NATO processes.

The ideal candidate is a SOLE BRITISH NATIONAL, and lives within a commutable distance to Gloucester for 3 days on–site with the customer.

This role can offer circa 55,000 and the opportunity to work on a remote basis.
