Description
Our client, a leading player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Engineer - Systems to join their team in New Malden. This is a contract role with a duration of 12 months and offers the possibility of hybrid working arrangements, requiring presence onsite for 3-4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing system engineering activities Conducting detailed analysis and design of maritime systems and solutionsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated system solutionsProviding technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team membersPreparing and reviewing technical documentation, reports, and presentationsEnsuring timely delivery of project milestones and objectivesParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system engineering processes and methodologies
Job Requirements:
Experience working as a systems engineer within the Defence & Security sectorProficiency in relevant engineering tools and softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a hybrid environment, with a presence onsite in New Malden for 3-4 days per week
