Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of defence technology, developing cutting–edge radars for advanced fighter jets and innovative maritime and airborne surveillance systems. You will have the chance to bring your expertise into a dynamic work environment, contributing to the development of multifunctional RF, PCB, and Module designs using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full Rf lifecycle, from system concept through detailed design, prototyping, testing, and verification, to system integration and production support.Creating high–quality and robust designs, conducting design reviews, fully documenting and recording work products, and keeping them under configuration management.Designing multifunctional RF PCB and Module designs, enhancing your understanding of key design and manufacturing processes.Developing test prototypes for design validation and verification of development models, and supporting production tests.Carrying out detailed design activities from requirements capture to design verification.Ensuring successful completion of design reviews.Preparing robust manufacturing data packs and providing technical support to sub–contracts and manufacturing interfaces.Collaborating closely with Systems, Test, and Electronics engineers to solve integration problems on advanced systems.
