What You'll Do

Support the Principal Quality Engineer and Quality Manager in achieving quality objectivesAct as the Quality focal point for in-service and returns material activitiesLead and support investigations into non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsReview and approve quality documentation relating to returns, concessions, and repair activitiesEnsure effective traceability and configuration control of returned and unserviceable itemsInterface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with AS9100 and customer contractual requirementsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across in-service quality processesDeliver compliant products on time, meeting cost and safety targetsProvide reports and supporting data to Programme, Project, and functional teams

What You'll Bring

Further education and/or relevant experience in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline within Defence Electronics or a similarly complex industryDemonstrated knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 and Continuous Improvement methodologiesExperience using quality tools such as Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Pattern Fault Lifecycle, and Verification methodsStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into practical, business-aligned solutionsLogical thinker with a structured, methodical approach
