Assembly & Test Technician Romsey Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Assembly & Test Technician looking for your next contract? Join a leading technology business where your skills in RF testing and electromechanical assembly will make a real impact. This is a 10-month contract, working onsite in Romsey, offering variety and technical challenge.

As an Assembly & Test Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Performing RF testing of PCBAs and system sub-assemblies using automated and manual techniquesCarrying out electromechanical assembly of bespoke productsCommissioning and final acceptance of full systems prior to deliveryRecording and collating test data for future analysisFault finding and repairing non-conforming products As an Assembly & Test Technician, your experience will include:

Previous experience in electromechanical assemblyFamiliarity with automated and manual measurement techniques across a range of test equipmentAbility to troubleshoot and repair non-conforming productsComputer literacy and a basic understanding of electronic principlesKnowledge of RF testing (advantageous but not essential) If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
