Working as our receptionist, you will be responsible for the Reception area of the home, ensuring this is presented to a high standard at all times.

Greeting and directing visitors, family members, residents, district nurses and contractors to the home and around the home as appropriate.Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties contacting the home, ensuring queries are dealt with and/or directed in a timely manner.Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and/or redirected accordingly. About you:

Possess demonstrable experience working within a Customer Service/Receptionist and/or Administrative environment or similar role.Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.A caring, patient, and respectful demeanor.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.To share our values and demonstrate them at all times.
