Part-Time Vehicle Warranty Administrator Swansea

Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership based in Swansea, is seeking a Part-Time Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their dynamic Service Department on a permanent basis. This role offers excellent long-term career opportunities within a large, multi-site dealer group, combined with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Prepare warranty claims for submission to manufacturers and ensure timely processingReview and clear weekly statements, query overdue claims, and resolve discrepanciesEnsure all documentation complies with manufacturer standards and internal policiesAccurately prepare invoices and warranty claims, managing open deals and administration of job card write-upsComplete all repair order documentation accurately and thoroughlyDeal promptly with policy claims and ensure correct customer reimbursementsMaintain control over returned materials and reconcile warranty credits with precisionAssist with general administrative functions within the departmentRequirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry, preferably with vehicle warranty administrationStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customersFamiliarity with the Kerridge dealer management system is advantageous but not essentialA proactive approach and attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasksThis position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual seeking flexible hours and a stable, long-term career with a respected automotive dealership.
