Description
Join mhs Homes, Medway's largest housing association, and take charge of managing utilities across our estate. You'll oversee 550+ landlord electricity, gas, and water meters, handle business rates and service charges, and manage an annual spend of over GBP1m.Key Responsibilities Manage utilities for all properties, including corporate sites, schemes, voids, and new developments.Ensure accurate billing, submit meter reads, and complete Change of Tenancy requests.Lead smart meter upgrades and utility tenders to secure best rates.Process payments, maintain records, and provide performance reports.Act as the first point of contact for all utility queries and support sustainability goals. What We're Looking For Experience managing utilities and understanding energy markets.Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Desirable: CEM, ISO 50001, IWFM Level 3+, housing sector experience.
