We are looking for a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover over three evenings in Ealing. This is a quiet reception environment, with some general administrative duties required during the shifts.

Hours

Tuesday 18 August: 4:15pm-9:45pm (includes a 30-minute induction with our Head of Operations)Wednesday 19 August: 4:45pm-9:45pmThursday 20 August: 4:45pm-9:45pmKey Duties

Providing a friendly and professional reception serviceWelcoming and assisting visitors as requiredMonitoring the reception areaCompleting general administration tasks during quieter periodsRequirements

Must hold a valid First Aid certificateProfessional, reliable and punctualConfident working independently in a quiet reception environmentGood communication and basic administration skillsMust be available for all three shiftsRate: GBP14.50 per hour
