JOB TITLE: Temporary Receptionist - Immediate Start
LOCATION: Ilminster, Somerset
HOURLY RATE: 13.48 P/H
HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am till 4:30pm

Starting this January, you'll step into a key role for a minimum of 3 months, with the exciting potential to go permanent for the right person.
In this role, you'll own the front-of-house experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued, while also providing vital administrative support across multiple departments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls with professionalism, ensuring messages are accurately relayed.Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and efficiency.Manage email communications promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness.Deliver exceptional support by resolving queries in person, over the phone, and via email with a solutions-focused approach.Keep the reception area immaculate and organised, reflecting a positive and professional environment.Provide vital administrative and project support across departments, contributing to smooth operations and team success.KEY SKILLS:
