Office based - potential for some flexibility

I'm working with a well-established UK wealth management business that's looking for a confident and organised Senior Financial Planning Administrator. If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, supports advisers and builds great relationships with clients, this role could be a perfect fit.

The RoleYou'll be a key support for the Wealth Planners, handling everything from client onboarding and meeting preparation to follow-up actions and general administration. You'll take ownership of keeping client records accurate, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring clients always feel well looked after.

It's a role that suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things properly and likes to be part of a collaborative, friendly team. You'll also help guide newer team members and contribute to making processes more efficient along the way.
