We're expanding our team and looking for a dedicated School SEN Administrator to provide crucial support to our client schools in Peterborough. With a range of opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving educational community.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

All administrative and clerical duties needed to support the SENCOTo coordinate and administer the processing of termly and annual review proceduresAbility to undertake general administration including arrangements for the identification, assessment and provision for all SEND pupilsAttend and take notes at meetings, produce and circulate minutes as necessaryAnswering enquiries, typing, sending letters and reports to parents/outside agenciesEnsuring all Annual Review paperwork is carried out and submitted on time, attend and take minutes at Annual ReviewsTo coordinate administration of pupil passports, EHCPs and distribute them to all relevant partiesCarry out any other duties as directed by the Headteacher commensurate with the general level of responsibility of the postManage up to date record keeping and booking appointmentsAssist with timetabling of supportAssisting with the ordering of all books and equipment needed for the department APPLY NOW
Required skills for this role:
Previous school admin experience is essentialThe post holder will be required to have an enhanced DBS checkEligibility to work in the UK (This is essential)Ability to establish rapport with students, professionals, parents and the wider communityCompetent and confident in utilising ICT programmesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to work as part of a team and work under pressure Motivation to work with children and young people Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people 2 proven relevant experience Randstad Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
