Sales Support Administrator
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: 27,000 - 29,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working - 2 days WFH)

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, varied role and enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing proposal documentation and obtaining valuationsConducting various searches to ensure accuracy of informationMaintaining and updating the CRM system with customer dataLiaising with suppliers and the sales team for updates on proposalsRaising, checking, and processing documentation as requiredManaging queries and communicating effectively with internal teams and customersActivating agreements and authorising bank paymentsEnsuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on timeOrganising incoming mail and maintaining physical filesWhat We're Looking For
Strong administrative experience (ideally within a financial or professional services environment)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a busy environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeA proactive and team oriented approachOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
