Salary: 27,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders received via phone, email and internal systemsUpdating and maintaining accurate records on in-house systemsProviding customers with updates on the progress of their ordersChasing suppliers and internal departments to ensure orders are progressing efficientlyOrganising and coordinating delivery datesPreparing and issuing quotations to customersHandling customer enquiries professionally and efficientlyEnsuring all administration is completed accurately and within deadlinesAbout You:

Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or administrative roleExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyConfident using computer systems and managing dataAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive and organised approach to workTeam player with a positive attitude
