Car Industry - Fast Moving Sales Administrator

Location: Reading

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 (dependent on experience) + Excellent Big Company Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fantastic dealer team within an international company representing a prestigious automotive brand.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role, supporting the Sales Team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for preparing all relevant documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle handover process. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience in an office environmentStrong customer service skills and a professional mannerExcellent organisational and time management skillsClear communication skills, both written and verbalConfident IT and computer literacyAbility to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Processing and documenting all vehicle salesInvoicing vehicles to customers and internally between dealershipsManaging customer and subcontractor requests efficientlyEnsuring all information is received on time for vehicle taxing and handoversAssisting the Sales Team with vehicle processing from order to deliveryLiaising with the brand regarding vehicle specifications and stock orderingEnsuring compliance with all Government requirements for vehicle taxation
