Location: Elton (Driver essential due to remote location)

Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary

Dates: Monday 17th August to Friday 21st August

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a busy office based in Elton. Due to the remote location, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering and directing incoming telephone callsManaging the reception area and ensuring a positive first impression for visitorsProviding general administrative support to the teamAssisting with basic office duties and ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and courteous mannerConfident answering and directing telephone callsGood organisational skills and attention to detailMust be able to drive and have access to own transport due to the locationIf you are available from 17th August to 21st August and are looking for a short-term assignment, we'd love to hear from you.
