Your new role

As the receptionist, you will be the face of the company, responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional front-of-house experience. Your duties will include:

Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional mannerManaging incoming calls and directing them appropriatelyHandling email correspondence and general enquiriesIssuing visitor passes and following correct procedure for signing in site guests. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception areaSupporting administrative tasks and assisting other departments as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and organised approach to workPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer-facing roleConfidence using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systemsA positive attitude and strong team spirit
