School Receptionist The Role
This secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a professional and welcoming School Receptionist to join their team from April 2026. This is a part-time position, working two days per week (Monday and Tuesday).
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, providing a friendly and efficient front-of-house service. Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, managing enquiries, handling visitor sign-in procedures, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with general office duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous school-based reception or administrative experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
