Job Title: Receptionist & Facilities Support

Location: Bristol

Pay Rate: 15 per hour

Contract Type: 6 week contract

Overview

We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist & Facilities Support to join a busy and dynamic workplace in Bristol. This role is key to ensuring a smooth front–of–house experience while supporting day–to–day facilities operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organised, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional and friendly front–of–house reception service, welcoming visitors and managing enquiriesHandle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficientlySupport day–to–day facilities operations, ensuring the workplace is well–maintained and organisedAssist with meeting room bookings, setup, and coordinationManage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier servicesSupport office logistics, including supplies management and general administrative tasksLiaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers as requiredMaintain health & safety standards and report any issues or concernsAssist with ad hoc facilities and operational tasks as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levelsProactive and self–motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to use initiativePositive and resilient, with the ability to manage busy periods and changing prioritiesFlexible and adaptable to fluctuating workloadsTeam–oriented, while also capable of working independentlyProfessional, patient, and friendly approach, with a welcoming front–of–house presenceComfortable using office systems, equipment, and supporting general facilities tasksStrong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyCustomer–focused mindset, ensuring a high–quality experience for visitors and staff
