Quality Administration Assistant
Annual Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 (DOE)Location: Wolverhampton Job Type: Full-time Join a forward-thinking organisation that invests in its people. We are looking for a proactive Quality Administration Assistant who is detail-oriented and passionate about quality and continuous improvement. Day-to-day of the role:
Support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining and improving quality systems.Manage document control, training records, and audit preparation.Monitor quality metrics and assist with non-conformance investigations.Coordinate training across the group and liaise with departments to uphold quality standards.Handle general administrative duties including booking accommodation, processing invoices, and answering calls. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a quality or administrative roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Full UK driving licence. Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Benefits:
