About the RoleWe are looking for an organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support. This is a varied hybrid role, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the working environment.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of PA duties and broader operational responsibilities, with the confidence to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding proactive diary and inbox managementCoordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actionsSupporting the operational running of the office, including facilities coordination and supplier liaisonProcessing expenses and supporting basic finance administrationPreparing documents, reports, and presentations as requiredAssisting with planning events, team activities and office logisticsEnsuring efficient day-to-day organisation and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersHandling confidential information with discretion and professionalismAbout YouStrong organisational and time-management skillsA proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working in a hybrid environment with the ability to self-manageCompetent with Microsoft Office and general digital toolsExperience in a similar PA, administrative or office coordination role is desirableWhat We OfferHybrid working with flexibilitySupportive and friendly working environmentOpportunity to take ownership and develop within the roleCompetitive salary and benefits package
