Jenson Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist contractor for a Passive Fire Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised administrator to support a busy Passive Fire team, with additional administrative support for a Fire Risk Assessment division.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support. Process work orders, quotations and project documentation. Liaise with clients, operatives and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation. Support the scheduling and coordination of works. About You
Previous administration experience within construction, property services or passive fire. Experience working with Councils, Main Contractors or Housing Associations is desirable. Knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes would be an advantage. Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
