Office Coordinator – Full-Time – Permanent – £30k – Bolton (BL7)

About the Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a growing business within the nutrition and food ingredients sector. This varied role offers the chance to support a busy commercial team, coordinate worldwide sample shipments and work closely with colleagues across the business. The position also includes occasional travel within Europe (approximately two weeks per year) to attend meetings and support business activities.

The Role

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy and growing team. This varied role combines administration, customer support and sample coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing, packaging and shipping product samples worldwide.

* Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets to track orders, deals and customer information.

* Updating and managing the CRM system.

* Liaising with internal departments to support sales and order processing.

* Attending meetings at the company's head office.

* Travelling within Europe for up to two weeks per year as required.

About You

* An interest in nutrition, health and wellbeing.

* Enthusiastic about developing professionally and growing with the company.

* Previous administration experience with excellent organisational skills.

* Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new systems quickly.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments. xjnqpsq

* A full UK driving licence and access to transport, or the ability to commute reliably to the BL7 area.

* Willingness to travel within Europe when required
