Your new role

You'll be acting as the Administrative Assistant for the office responsible for the following duties:

Greeting and catering to visitors, clients and employees upon arrival.Phone handling and redirecting calls where needed.Managing contact with clients including payments and document reconciliation. Assisting with document creation and formatting.Maintaining a neat and presentable office.Handling deliveries to the office.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience working in an office for this role.Experience within a professional services environment is preferred but not necessary.You must be able to start ASAP.
