We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Unit Administrator based in Northampton for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the New Business Unit Administrator role
Salary: GBP25,750
Location: Northampton
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hour working week Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities of the New Business Unit Administrator
Process new client and new matter opening requestsReview file opening forms and supporting documentationMaintain accurate records and documentationAct as a point of contact Provide clear updates on onboarding progress and outstanding requirements Requirements for a successful New Business Unit Administrator
Previous Administration experienceAwareness of AML, CDD, Sanctions and conflict search requirementsKnowledge of client and matter onboarding systemsStrong attention to detail and data accuracy Problem-solving and organisational skills About Allstaff Recruitment
