What You'll Do:

As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth mailroom operations, including:

Receiving, unloading, and distributing incoming and outgoing deliveriesManaging both outgoing and incoming post with precisionPreparing mail and files for digital scanningConducting quality checks to maintain high standardsReceiving inbound couriers and coordinating outbound deliveriesSupporting your colleagues to achieve exceptional results for clientsUndertaking additional duties as requested by managementPerforming administrative tasks as necessary
