Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the legal team.Handle confidential and sensitive documentation with discretion.Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Support diary management, scheduling, and general PA-style tasks as required.Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical).Assist with preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.Contribute to a positive and supportive office culture.Travel to the South East office once per month.Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a legal administration or similar professional services environment is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and highly organised.Excellent communication skills with a warm, personable approach.Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and relationship management.Knowledge and experience using Sage.
