The company is looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and displays excellent customer service skills.

Key Duties:

Responsible for order processing.Dealing with the daily telephone, email and web enquiries and orders submitted by customers.Follow up all sales leads, enquiries and quotations.Serve customers both over the phone and face to face at the counter.Ensure the system is kept up to date with customer communication. Help maintain a stocked branch.

Previous Skills & Experience:

Previous customer service experience is essential.Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills.Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.Excellent attention to detail.
