Job DescriptionRole overview

FRP Advisory is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join our restructuring department. The candidate will have a background in restructuring advisory and insolvency, including administrations and liquidations. This role involves the development and execution of asset recovery strategies in insolvency cases, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth progression of the team's caseload.

Key Responsibilities include

Under the direct supervision of more senior members of the team, to assist with the pro-active administration of insolvency cases, comprising ADMs, CVLs and CVAs, in accordance with specific timescalesProduction of good quality reports and lettersCompletion of all tasks and formalities in accordance with statutory deadlines and internal protocolsMaintaining an effective diary system in this respectMaximising asset realisations and ensuring recoveries are pursued in a pro-active and cost-effective wayMonitoring, maintenance and up-dating of check lists on a weekly basisTaking personal responsibility to ensure that any tasks delegated by more senior staff are completed in a timely and professional mannerEnhance technical knowledge and to keep abreast of industry developments/new case lawQualificationsExperience in an insolvency roleStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAdditional InformationOur Values
