Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial planning firm.

This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a supportive Client & Technical Services team, providing essential administrative support to Financial Advisers and helping to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey from enquiry through to implementation.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role, working closely with advisers, providers and internal teams in a collaborative environment that offers excellent long-term career prospects and support with professional development.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to both the advisory and technical teams, ensuring client cases are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sending, chasing and collating information from Letters of Authority (LOA) requestsSupporting advisers by preparing and obtaining documentation required for new business submissionsEnsuring client advice and case notes are accurately recorded within the CRM systemSubmitting new business cases for compliance review across: InvestmentsPensionsProtectionMonitoring workflows and service levels to ensure cases are progressed within agreed timescalesProducing annual charges and fee reports from a variety of providersLiaising with advisers, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress client casesMaintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory and compliance requirementsAssisting with general administration and operational support as requiredAbout You

We're looking someone who is looking to carve out a career in Wealth Management.Educated to degree level or similar.You must be organised and a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Skills & Experience Required

Ideally internship experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Financial Services or a similar professional environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and confident telephone mannerStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workloadHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work effectively within a hybrid working environmentA proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues across the businessWhat's on Offer?
