This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and keeping accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Signing contractors in and out of the siteCarrying out general administrative dutiesChasing engineers and contractors for job updatesMonitoring the progress of maintenance and service jobsUpdating trackers and maintaining accurate recordsAllocating deliveries to the correct contacts and departmentsSupporting the wider facilities and operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support roleStrong organizational and communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProfessional and approachable manner when dealing with contractors, engineers, and internal teamsGood attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills

This is a temporary maternity cover position offering 40 hours per week in a fast-paced and supportive working environment.
